If you would like to find out more about having your teeth straightened, please arrange an appointment with our orthodontist, Ritu Gupta, so that we can discuss your concerns and offer some treatment options.
On your first visit, you will meet our treatment co-ordinator who will help you through this journey. You will have a detailed consultation with Miss Gupta and the treatment co-ordinator will discuss the treatment options and fees. Please allow 1 hour for this appointment.
Initial Consultation fee £45.00 for 30-60 minute appointment.
Full Assessment with X-ray films, Models & Treatment Plan
After the initial consultation, if you wish to consider orthodontic treatment, I will need a special dental panoramic x-ray and models of your teeth. An additional fee of £75.00 (£400.00 for Invisalign) is taken and will be deducted of the total treatment fee.
Removal of teeth & other dental treatment
We request that you have a dental check up before considering orthodontic treatment. Your teeth and gums must be healthy and you must stop smoking.
We often work closely with your dentist if adjunctive dental treatment is required either before, after or during orthodontic treatment. It is important that you continue seeing your dentist as usual throughout the course of orthodontic treatment.
If your teeth are crowded or sticking out, it may be necessary to remove some adult teeth to create space for alignment. These extractions are normally carried out by your dentist, at our written request when the treatment plan has been decided and agreed by you.
Treatment Fees
Our fees include all appointments, braces, retainers and monitoring of the retainers up to 1 year after treatment. There are no hidden “extra’s”.
Treatment cost depends on the complexity and the type of brace used. It is only possible to give an accurate estimate of the fee once we have seen you. Below is our fee guide:
- For silver braces (children only)
starting from £125.00 per month 1 year Interest Free (£1500.00 – £2500.00)
- For tooth-coloured fixed braces on the outside surfaces (InVu) of the teeth
starting from £160.00 per month 1 year Interest Free (£2000.00 – £4000.00)
- For fixed braces on the inside (Incognito) which are totally invisible
Upper Incognito £330.00 per month 1year Interest Free (£4000.00)
- For clear removable positioners (Invisalign)
starting from £290.00 per month 1 year Interest Free (£3500.00 – £4500.00)

We can offer appointments in the daytime (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday), Wednesday evening until 6.30 pm and Saturday mornings twice a month.
